This Terms and Conditions policy sets rules for the use of the Jolly Learning website, products and
services by customers. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our
“Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

• The website and services are intended for users in Sri Lanka. To purchase products, users must be
at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and
these Terms.
2. Orders and Purchases
• An order submitted by you constitutes an offer to purchase the books requested.
• Please note that all orders are subject to availability and verification. Jolly Learning can not be
held liable for any claims as a result of refusal or cancellation of an order.
• Pricing in LKR. Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are
subject to change.
• Product must be paid in full prior to order shipment.
3. Product and Service Information
• Book descriptions, images, and other details are provided for reference. Minor variations may
occur.
• Jolly Learning does not guarantee that product descriptions are always complete or error-free.
4. Delivery
• Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are indicated at checkout. Delivery times are not
guaranteed.
• Jolly Learning shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods if such failure or delay
is due to any natural disaster, fire, explosion, water damage, industrial dispute (strike) or adverse
weather conditions beyond its reasonable control.
5. Limitation of Liability
• Products and services are offered “as is” and “as available”. Jolly Learning excludes all other
liabilities and warranties as to the Jolly Learning shall not be prohibited by law.
• Jolly Learning accepts no responsibility for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting
from use of its website or products.
6. Changes to Terms
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Use of our website after modification is acceptance.
7. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disagreements shall be
settled by Sri Lankan law
