Return and Refund Policy

Jolly Learning seeks to be a company that produces the best books and offers the best service. Refund
Policy If you are unhappy with a purchase, the item can be refunded (less shipping costs) in the following
ways:
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns: Books can be returned within 7 days of receipt for any reason, with the exception of
custom or personalized books, bundle sets, sale items.
• We accept return only if the book is in original, unused, saleable condition with no signs of use or
wear.
• Product must be in the original packaging along with all accessories and pieces.
2. Return Process
• Customers should email us at info@jollylearning.lk within 7 days of receipt of order in order to
request a return authorisation.
• You should pack securely the products, which you want to return and send it to Jolly Learning
39/E Dehideniya Peradeniya Sri Lanka.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of customers, unless the product is damaged or
the wrong item was sent.
3. Refunds
• Refunds (if applicable) Once your returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will
be issued within 7 days.
• Refund will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds on orders paid by prepaid card
will be reimbursed back on the guidance card or exchanged for bank deposit.
• You will only be refunded shipping cost if the return is a result of an Jolly Learning error or fault.
4. Exchanges
• We will to replace reship any defective products if received at the original destination.
• For exchanges for different titles or editions, you are responsible for price differential and
shipping costs.
5. Exceptions
• Books can’t be returned if they are used or damaged.
• Custom, banded or special-order books (such as imported especially for a customer) are nonreturnable unless defective.
• Jolly Learning reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Jolly learning books delivered to your doorstep anywhere in Sri Lanka with trust and high quality
guaranteed.
1. Shipping Area
• All parts of Sri Lanka are served.
• International shipping is currently unavailable.
2. Delivery Methods and Timeframes
• Shipments are made through a reliable third-party courier and as post service.
• Orders will be processed and sent in 2-3 business days after received payment.
• Standard delivery (2-7 working days) In most cases the smaller items arrive between 2 and 7
business days.
• Some special order or out-of-stock books may also require more time (up to 30-45 days) & will be
made available for purchase on our website.
3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are determined by the destination / weight at checkout and prior to order
confirmation.
• Orders over certain amount will be eligible for free shipping if promoted.
4. Delivery Process
• On delivery, the customers are sent reminder by email or SMS along with tracking information.
• Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made, please make sure someone over the age of 21 is there to
sign for it.
• The condition and packaging of all books are ensured prior to dispatch.
5. Delays and Exceptions
• Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on public holidays, couriers delay or incorrect
address.
• Jolly Learning are not responsible for delays beyond our control once orders have left us but will
do our best to help with courier issues.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
• If a package arrives damaged or an item is missing, notify info@jollylearning.lk within 48 hours of
receipt for prompt assistance and resolution.
